As we approach the holiday season, a very active period for our players, we would like to remind you that Blacknut will be undergoing its annual techfreeze from December 15th-January 8th. During this period, only critical fixes will be deployed for production to accommodate this increased activity.
Additionally, please note from December 22nd to January 8th resources available for technical support will be slightly reduced. During this period, should you encounter any critical issues, please contact
operations-incidents@blacknut.com and teamember will respond in the briefest delay possible.
